Due to the nature of the Barn, most weekends are booked for events so we offer a tour of the barn and the gardens on Tuesdays through Thursdays. We are available via text and phone during office hours only. The barn is closed the month of January for tours and events. We are available to discuss events via phone and email during that time.
The Barn does not have a bathroom inside. We just built two outdoor portable bathrooms with a rustic outside wash sink. Trailer restrooms are a great option for your event if you prefer an upgraded bathroom.
The Barn is offered to rent every day of the week as well as double booking availability on certain days. We offer the barn for rental except for January & parts of February.
Our Barn has a wood burning stove to help take some chill off but the barn is not a "heated" barn or air conditioned. The barn floor is concrete so heels are all good but once outside in the gardens, you may want to consider cowboy boots and shoes to accommodate in the gardens.
The barn does not offer catering, but allow outside catering of your choice. You are welcome to pot luck as well. Depending upon your rental options, we have chafers and food service available so all you have to do is bring the food itself! The Barn is not responsible for food service or disposal.
We offer linens for the sweetheart table, centerpieces (faux or live evergreen & wildflower centerpieces in rustic or in elegant glass) and candles throughout. You are welcome to bring outside florist and linens of your choice! Rustic decor is available for your event.
We have 8 12" wood rustic plank tables for you to use and decorate! We have different eclectic wooden chairs for seating. We have tables and chairs to accommodate up to 100 people. We have 60 folding chairs available for the ceremony area with ivory covers for outside.
Outside vendors are welcome! We can offer you some ideas on local vendors we've worked with in the past. Vendors must supply their own electric and/or generators (must be quiet). Dj's are inside of the barn only and have availability to use electric provided in the barn. Food service and caterers need to be sterno fueled or propane fuel. No coffee pots/urns, roasters or crock pots or any machines that cook.
Smoking and Vaping are not allowed in the barn at any time. smoking or vaping is allowed outside of the barn in a designated area.
Decorating, setting up and your vendors must utilize the time rented to perform their tasks. Your time rented is your time to have the barn. Early entrance is not permitted as well as remaining past your rented time. Renting the barn for additional hours is welcome for a fee and depending upon the event and the team that needs to prepare, additional time is a good idea for some.
25-50% deposit is required for event (depending upon package chosen) and payments for remaining balance are built based on timeline of event. Final payment is due one month prior to event date. All monies paid towards event are non-refundable, no exceptions.
